  • Free access to kids under 3 years old and people with disabilities can also get a second free ticket for the accompanying person.  
  • You have to bring documentation or ID at the customer service desk for people with disabilities.

How to receive your ticket

  • Your ticket will be sent to you as a QR- code directly to your email within 5 to 10 minutes after confirming the booking.
  • You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
