• Tickets are valid for single use only and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
• Please bring a valid ID or passport with you.
• Children aged 0 to 3 years can enter for free.
• Children must always be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.
• Admission is free for People of Determination.
• The last entry is allowed 1 hour before the venue closes.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services, as per our terms and conditions.

How to receive your ticket? 

• Your booking confirmation will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

• The process of getting your ticket may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• In case of any problems, It’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
• This activity is done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced item.

• The ticket, if lost, damaged, or stolen, cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged in any way.
