- Free access for children under the age of 5.
- All of our food and beverages are halal according to the laws of the United Arab Emirates for food establishments.
- There will be no pork included in our set menu.
- You are not allowed to bring your own food and beverages to the camp.
- It’s normal to find our staff members checking your ID card from time to time to ensure compliance with the rules.
- We are offering you containers for your food leftovers upon request, but we are not responsible for any failure that influences food temperatures to preserve their quality.
- Please inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or other medical conditions while you are booking the experience.
- Our set menus include food for vegetarians with gluten-free and lactose-free products, but you have to notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your reservation.
- In some cases, such as severe allergies or medical conditions, we have the right to prevent you from attending the event, or we may ask you to bring your own food.
- We always have certified first aid personnel on-site.
- Children may be asked to sit in designated seats for their safety, and we will do our best to provide these seats, but when we can’t, we will have to refuse children for their safety.
- Pregnant women in the third trimester are not allowed to participate in this activity for their safety.
- Our carts are equipped with dash cameras that record high-definition audio and video, allowing us to use these recordings for legal, security, and training purposes.
- Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any mobility issues, because depending on the nature of your disability, we may recommend you book your own vehicle.
- We can refuse individuals with disabilities due to safety reasons.
- You are responsible for your camel-riding experience.
- Once you book the experience, it means that you are totally responsible for participating in our desert activities, and the company is not liable for any injuries, accidents, delays, or damages incurred during our desert experience, transportation between the meeting/ending point and throughout the desert experience, or during the consumption of all food and beverages during the experience.
- The Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve is a protected area aimed at preserving local animals and plants. So there are some rules that you have to follow within the reserve at all times:
- Causing harm to plant life within the reserve, whether through cutting or causing any form of damage, is considered a crime.
- Touching, feeding, or interfering in any way with any activity that disturbs the peace of an animal, causes harm to it, disrupts its movement, or affects its habitat or breeding grounds within the sanctuary is also considered a crime.
- You can’t bring domestic animals into the Dubai Biodiversity Preserve.
- strictly prohibited the entry of goats, sheep, cows, chickens, pigeons, domestic dogs, cats, monkeys, donkeys, and mules.
- It’s prohibited to throw garbage, cigarette butts, food, cans, or any items that pose a danger to the sanctuary and its environment.
- Climbing trees in the Nara Oasis area is strictly prohibited.
- All guests, employees, suppliers, or vendors must comply at all times with local laws, regulations, guidelines, and orders applicable in the United Arab Emirates, particularly behaviours such as excessive displays of emotions and sexual acts in public areas, which are strictly prohibited.
- It’s strictly prohibited to urinate outside the designated and available toilets in all our camps.
- Furthermore, the following applies to all private events booked:
- It’s prohibited to use fireworks or direct lights toward the sky.
- Fresh plants are not allowed unless they are included in the event schedule and subsequently removed.
- Construction, decoration, and dismantling must be done on the same day of the event according to working hours at the Dubai Biodiversity Preserve.
- Please follow and respect the specified working hours of the Dubai Biodiversity Preserve.
- You can’t use any items that can be carried by the wind to other places, such as coloured paper, balloons, and paper lanterns, in the camp.
- For large and heavy installation equipment in the camp, you have to use a registered Bedford 4x4 truck, which can be rented through Nara Escape.
- All have to pay an entrance fee of AED 20 to enter the sanctuary.
- A list of all equipment, materials, products or external supplier or employee items must be submitted for approval by the Dubai Biodiversity Preserve at least 7 days prior to the event date, and failure to do so may result in denial of access to the camp.
- In the case of any damaged or lost equipment in any form, you will have to pay a fee of at least AED 200, depending on the situation established by the event manager.
- We are not responsible for any belongings or properties that may be lost, stolen, or damaged during the event, and you are solely responsible for your personal belongings throughout the event period.
- Please be aware that any found items in our camps will be kept for 12 months, and you must claim any item you lose, and after that, we will hand it over to charitable organizations.
- We are not liable to the maximum extent permitted by law for any damage, loss, accident, illness, injury, or death of any person resulting from the event.
- It is recommended to obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance.
- You are responsible for personal luggage throughout the event.
- Please note that approval for hosting the event confirms that you and those accompanying you have fully understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
