Spend a night in this peaceful oasis living like a Bedouin.

• Check in starting from 3 PM.
• Arabic coffee and dates. 
• Short camel ride.
• Sandboarding.
• Henna painting.
• Swimming pool.
• Kids play area.
• Entertainment shows in the recreation area from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
• Barbecue dinner starting at 7:30 pm.
• Campfire at the recreation area after the shows.
• Silent hours at the camping areas starting at 11:30 p.m.
• Breakfast is in the morning at 7:30 a.m.
• Check-out time at 11:00 am.

Extra services.

• Camp Rules:
  - Check-in: 03:00 PM.
  - Check-out: 11:00 AM.
  - Silent Hours: From 11:30 PM to 07:00 AM.
  - Loud noise isn’t allowed during silent hours.

• Parking:
  - All small cars can access the camp and can be parked outside the fenced area of the camp.
  - Vehicles are not allowed to enter the camping area, except for camp vehicles used for emergencies or for transporting food and beverages.

• Chalet facilities include:
  - Queen-size bed.
  - Air conditioning.
  - Private entrance.
  - En-suite bathroom.
  - Attached toilet.
  - Outdoor sitting area.
  - Bed linen and towels.

• Tourism fees (AED 10 per chalet per night), destination fees (7% on the price of the chalet and all additional services) must be paid on site directly.
• All of our products are operated in line with local Covid-19 legislation requirements.
• During your stay at the camp, you can enjoy the following activities at an additional cost:
  - Guided quad biking tours.
  - Sandboarding.
  - Camel riding.
  - Private romantic dinner.

• There is a range of external excursions available for you to enjoy in the Bedouin Oasis, such as:

- Mountain safari tour.
- Dhow boat tour.
- Dolphin watching tour.

- Jebel Jais zipline tour.
- Ras Al Khaimah tour.
- East Coast tour.

• If you require transportation to and from your location by us, please book the transfers separately, and you will be informed of the timing based on your location.

4. No show to your book time slot, will be charged.
5. All activities are subjected to weather condition. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
6.  All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
7. Amendments cannot be done upon confirmation of booking.
