8-Hours at Smart Pool 2 Chalet in Bahrain

• Morning Period: 8 am to 4 pm.
• Evening Period: 8 pm to 4 am.

• Swimming pool 13x7.
• Swimming pool for children.
• Water slides.
• Games (belliards, tennis, and volleyball).
• Cinematic Screen.
• Free wifi.
• Seating suitable for birthdays.
• Wide hall for occasions.
• Tent in front of the pool.
• Tables and chairs for children.
• Barbecue area.
• Microwave.
• 3 Bathrooms.
• 4 Shower rooms.

• A refundable 30 Dinar will be collected as insurance.
• You have to send a copy of your ID.
• Alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
• Booking is not allowed for boys and girls together.
• There is a morning and evening period; each of them is 8 hours.
• In case of a late check out, client will pay an extra 10 BHD for every 30 minutes.
• To reserve a jacuzzi, you have to mention it during the reservation and pay 15 Dinar extra.
• To add an extension pool you have to pay extra 10 Dinar.
• Clients will pay for any damage or loss to the chalet facilities. 
• Writing or drawing on the walls is strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is allowed in specific areas.
• Smoking is not allowed in the indoor area and areas with artificial grass.
• Clients must leave the Chalet clean as it was received.
• Children must be accompanied by their guardian, when presented in the pool area.

Ootlah Policies: 

• Full payment in advance.
•  All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
• Amendments cannot be made upon confirmation of booking.
• The process of getting tickets may take around 10 minutes or more.
• this activity is subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.

Rescheduled Policies: 

• Rescheduled is allowed before 24 hours of booking time.

Refund Policies: 

• No refund allowed unless there is no availability.
