• This trip is available daily from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., depending on your booking time.
• The prices are different on weekends and public holidays.

Ootlah Policies: 

• Full payment in advance.
•  All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
• Amendments cannot be made upon confirmation of booking.
• The process of getting tickets may take around 10 minutes or more.
• this activity is subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.

Rescheduled Policies: 

• Rescheduled is allowed from 24-48 hours of booking time (Valid for 3 months).

Refund Policies: 

• Full refund ONLY in case of bad weather conditions.
•  In case of cancellation 48 hours before booking, 75% will be refunded.
• No refund, No Rescheduling in case you cancel at the last 24 hours before the activity time.
