The game card of the matrix center is like a bracelet that will be scanned to be able to enter the park; you can only buy one for yourself or the group, and use it several times, not only once.
You can recharge the play bracelet to use it for games and for food and drinks as well.
You will have to sign a waiver form before buying the card.
The place includes lockers where you can put your personal belongings safely.
There is no expiration date.
The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.

مكان ممتع جدًا خاصة إذا كنت مع مجموعة أصدقاء. جربنا البيتزا والبرجر وكان الطعم فوق المتوقع. أعجبتني فكرة الدفع عبر السوار بدل ما تحمل فلوس معاك. العيب الوحيد هو أنه مافي خيار استرجاع التذكرة، بس بما أن العرض ما له تاريخ انتهاء فمو مشكلة كبيرة

I liked the concept of having meals and arcade fun all in one place! It was a bit crowded on the weekend, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The pasta was creamy and delicious, and the portion sizes were just right.

The combo meal was just enough for a small group. I liked how easy it was to use the bracelet system, but I recommend checking the balance beforehand to avoid surprises. The food was fresh, and the lounge was clean and well-maintained.

أجواء المكان ممتعة لكن الزحمة وقت العطلة الأسبوعية غير طبيعية. انتظرنا حوالي 15 دقيقة حتى نحصل على طلبنا، لكن الطعم كان يستحق الانتظار. البرجر لذيذ، والباستا كميتها مشبعة. نصيحتي تجي بدري عشان تستمتع أكثر بدون ازدحام.

المكان ممتاز للعوائل والأطفال، الأكل متنوع ولذيذ، لكن لو عندك أطفال صغار جهّز نفسك لأن المكان مليان بالألعاب والأضواء اللي راح تخليهم متحمسين طول الوقت. الخدمة سريعة، لكن أتمنى لو كان فيه خيارات صحية أكثر في القائمة.
