• Please note that this tour will be in a hummer car if it’s for 4 persons, and in a van car if it’s for 8 persons. 
• The meet up will be from any hotel in Manama. The number of the coordinator will be sent after confirming your booking

How to receive your booking?

• Your booking confirmation will be sent to your mail as a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your booking in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile app.

• The process of getting confirmation may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• If you have any issues during the booking, it is preferable to contact us via WhatsApp so we can better assist you. 
• This activity is performed with the client's consent; Ootlah is not responsible for any injuries that occur during the activity.

• You can’t cancel or reschedule the tour.  
• In case of failing to show up in the booked time slot you will be charged the full amount.
