  • You will need to show your mobile ticket to the staff at pick-up.

  • Pick-up starts at 7 AM across Bali, and you will be contacted if the pick-up time changes. 
  • This experience is not recommended for pregnant women and kids younger than 4 years old. 
  • Children from 5 to 12 years old should be accompanied by an adult.
  • The adult age rate is from 13 to 99 years old.
