It’s one of the perfect activities for the whole family, as the zoo welcomes people from 2 to 99 years old. All people will enjoy meeting the animals and knowing more about them through watching their shows. The park includes many facilities to ensure your comfort, such as a toilet, ATM, nursery, restaurant, and more.

Entry ticket to Bali Zoo.

Receive & use your ticket

You will receive your ticket within 5 minutes after booking in the form of a QR-code directly to your email.
You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
And you will need to show off your mobile ticket at the entrance.

The adult age rate for tickets is from 13 to 99 years old.
The child age rate for tickets is from 2 to 12 years old.
Free entry for infants under 2 years old.
Breakfast Orangutan: Daily 8:00 - 10:00 AM.
The park is suitable for people with wheelchairs.
Food and drinks from outside are not allowed.
Shows and schedules are subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions.
Children under 120 cm not allowed to enter mud fun area.
The park includes many facilities, such as a toilet, nursery, restaurant, parking area, ATM, praying room, WiFi, and a shuttle bus inside the Zoo.

The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
