Receive & use your ticket

You will receive the ticket from 5 to 10 minutes from the time of confirming booking.
Your tickets will be sent to you in the form of a QR-Code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

The last admission is at 5:00 PM.
Entrance is available for people from 3 to 99 years old.
This activity is not recommended for pregnant women and children from 0 to 7 years old, and people with heart or congenital diseases.
High blood and epilepsy people must be cautious during the tour.
Tickets are valid on the date of the visit only.
Parking, restrooms and dining areas serving local food and fresh drinks are available.
Couple Swing: The minimum weight per person is 35kg, and the maximum is 150 kg, and if a couple will swing the maximum weight for them is 200 kg.
Bed swing: maximum weight is 350kg (4 pax).
Flying Fox and Zipline: The length of the game is 300 meters. The minimum height allowed is 150 cm and the range weight is from 35 to 100 kg.
Sky bike: minimum weight is 35kg, and the maximum weight for sky bike 90kg (single) and 150kg (couple) - Minimum height for sky bike 165cm.
