How to receive and use your ticket? 

• Your tickets will be sent directly to your email as a QR code within a maximum of 5 minutes after confirming the booking. 
• You can also find your tickets in the “My Booking” Tab on Ootlah’s Website or Application. 
• Show your ticket on your mobile to your driver upon pick-up at your hotel.

• The process of getting your tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
