• Our guide will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance.
• Kindly arrive 5 minutes before the pickup time.
• The driver will wait for you for 15 minutes in the selected pick-up location, and if you don’t come you will not be able to refund your payment.
• Kindly don’t be late for your pick-up time to see the sunrise view, and if you didn’t catch it, the operator didn’t have any responsibility.
• It’s preferred to wear hiking shoes, a jacket, and long pants.
• This activity is not recommended for people with allergies, gluten intolerance, vegetarian diets, or other dietary needs.
• If your hotel is not located in the mentioned pick-up locations you will pay directly to the driver.
• Kindly note that all transportation will be by car.
•  You can book Up to 12 persons with extra fees.

How to receive and use your ticket?

• You will receive the ticket from 5 to 10 minutes from the time of confirming booking.
• Your tickets will be sent to you in the form of a QR-Code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Kindly Show your E- ticket during entrance.

• In case of any problems during booking, it’s preferable to contact us via WhatsApp so we can help you better.
• This activity is done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury during the experience.

• You will get a full refund of your payment if you cancel 24 hours before the date of the visit.
• You have the right to get a full refund of payment or reschedule the tour if there is a problem or terrible weather and the operator has a right to cancel the tour.
• It’s not allowed to refund your payment if you are late or have no shows.
