  • Please note that the voucher is valid only for the designated date (and time, if applicable).

  • Please arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • Please note that the driver will wait up to 30 minutes before leaving, and there will be no refunds after this time.

  • Keep in mind that rafting activities will be shared with other guests in a boat that can host up to six passengers and guided by an experienced guide.
  • Please note that in case of severe weather or unexpected circumstances, this activity may need to be cancelled. If that happens, you’ll have the option to reschedule or request a full refund.
  • Keep in mind that people who appear to be drunk may not be allowed to participate in this activity, and in this case, no refund will be given.

  • Pick Up / off from your hotel at 8:30 AM or 10 AM
  • Pickup locations: Ubud, Denpasar, Canggu, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Tuban, Jimbaran, Sanur, Tanjung Benoa, Nusa Dua.
