• You must provide Ootlah's Team with your hotel location for the pick-up.
• Pick up time: 09:00.
• The operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance.
• You have to arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your pick up time.

• keep in mind that the last admission is 30 minutes before closing.

Receive & redeem your Booking 

• Your ticket will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking. 
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

• The ticketing process may take 5 to 10 minutes at most.
• For any issues, it’s recommended to contact us via WhatsApp for quicker assistance.
• This activity is carried out with the client’s consent. Ootlah is not responsible for any injuries or lost items during the experience.

• You can cancel at least 24 hours before the activity to get a full refund.
