Pick-up and drop-off information

• Please be aware that the staff will be holding a sign with the lead traveller's name.
• The driver will wait for you for up to 120 minutes after your flight arrives (free waiting time), (in case you booked airport transfers).
• Please arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
• The driver will wait for you for up to 30 minutes; after this time, you cannot receive a refund.
• If you experience any delays or cannot find the driver, please call the number listed on your ticket.
• The operator will confirm your pick-up time in advance.
• Please send the hotel name and address to Ootlah team via WhatsApp.
• Please be aware that all surcharges are paid in cash directly to the driver.

• IDR 50,000 (Car) and IDR 100,000 (Van) per hour.

• Additional hours:
• IDR200,000 per hour.
• More than 2 hours of overtime is counted as 1 rental day.
• Night Service (Pick up or drop off between 00:00-06:00): IDR 250,000. 

• Child seat is not available for add-on.

• Please be informed that you can customize your trip with the number of hours you desire, whether it's 6 hours, 12 hours, or more, with varying fees based on the areas covered and the number of people, whether it's 4, 5, 6 people, or more.

• You can book a larger vehicle if your group size exceeds the maximum passenger count.

How to receive and redeem your booking? 

• Your booking confirmation will be sent to your mail in the form of a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your booking in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Present your mobile ticket. 

• The process of getting the booking confirmation may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• It’s better to contact us via Whatsapp if you face any problems to help you better.
• Ootlah is not responsible for any injury or lost items during the activity. You are fully responsible for yourself in the activity.

• If you want to receive a full refund, you have to cancel 24 hours prior to the booking date.
