Activity description 

One of the most prominent landmarks in Indonesia is Lombok Wildlife Park, which allows you to interact with over 195 animals up close. The park houses a diverse range of animals, most notably orangutans and their offspring. You can also enjoy an elephant bathing experience within the park and have lunch.

  • From Monday to Sunday: 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
  • Last admission will be at 5 PM.

  • Please note that the orangutan meet and greet session is subject to the animals' conditions and weather conditions.
  • Please note that the park has the right to inspect bags, backpacks, and containers.
  • Please do not feed the animals or throw objects into the exhibits, and always stay on the designated paths.
  • Please respect and leave the native wildlife and plants untouched.
  • Please deposit trash in the designated receptacles.
  • Please note that the park reserves the right to escort any individuals or groups who are acting in ways that are harmful to the animals or the park, or that may spoil the enjoyment of other guests.
  • You can purchase animal treats for IDR 50,000 per fruit basket.
  • Please note that the park accepts Visa and Mastercard payments.
  • Restrooms are available at the following locations: Ivory Restaurant, Central Park area, and the gift shop entrance.
  • Please note that there is a first aid station at the main entrance.
  • There is a prayer room on site.
  • If you need assistance, please ask any staff member wearing a park uniform.
  • For lost and found inquiries, please contact the guest services staff at the reception.
  • The ticket is only valid on the specified dates and times if indicated.

  • Your tickets will be sent to your mail in the form of a QR code after confirming the booking.
  • You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
  • Present your mobile ticket to exchange it for a physical ticket and your passport.

  • The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
  • It’s better to contact us via Whatsapp if you face any problems to help you better.
