Receive & redeem your ticket

• You will receive your ticket after booking in the form of a QR-code directly to your email.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Please show off your mobile ticket to enter. (please note that your ticket will be valid only on the specified booked date and time if applicable. 

• The process of receiving your ticket may take from 5 to 10 minutes at maximum.
• In case of any problems, please contact us via WhatsApp to be able to help you.
• This activity is done with your permission. So, Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or lost item during the activity.

• You'll get a full refund in case you cancel your ticket at least 24 hours before the activity starts. 
• You will not be able to get any refund in case you arrive late or don’t attend.
