Package program
- 6:45 pm - Arrive at the reception desk to check in and sign the waiver.
- 7:00 pm - Getting a quick safety briefing.
- 7:15 pm - Access to the kayaks.
- 7:45 pm - Arrive at the secret beach to relax and enjoy the calm.
- 8:15 pm - Set off from the kayaks and paddle back to our start point.
- 9:00 pm - Experience ends.
Notes
- This experience is not suitable for children under 11 years old.
- Kids at the age of 12 and above can enjoy double kayaking only when they are accompanied by an adult.
- Once you arrive, you will have to sign a waiver, show your ID card, and leave it at the reception desk for safety purposes.
- Don't forget to dry your clothes.
- The experience will start at 7 PM and end at 9 PM.

- Full payment in advance.
- Amendments are subject to availability.
- All activities are done with the client's permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced items on board.
Refund Policy:
- Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
- No refunds will be issued for same-day bookings, except under the following circumstances:
- In case of weather conditions that prevent the activity from taking place.
- If no slots are available.
No Show Policy:
- Clients who fail to show up for their booked time, slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.
Rescheduling Policy:
- Clients can reschedule their activity by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip time, subject to availability.
