• Closed shoes or sandals that can get wet, can be rocky in certain places.

• Turkish grilled meals are available, and vegetarian meals are available at discounted prices, to be requested in advance upon reservation.
• Fresh juices are available at an additional price.
• You are allowed to bring your food or snacks.
• BBQ can be done inside the camp without any additional fees.
• Trips are available daily, whether during normal days or weekends, at the same price and without a minimum reservation.
• Flight schedules are not fixed, according to the tides and weather conditions.

Ootlah's Policy:

• Full payment in advance.
• Amendments are subject to availability.
• All activities are done with the client's permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced items on board.

Refund Policy:

• Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
• No refunds will be issued for same-day bookings, except under the following circumstances:
  • In case of weather conditions that prevent the activity from taking place.
  • If no slots are available.

No Show Policy:

• Clients who fail to show up for their booked time, slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Clients can reschedule their activity by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip time, subject to availability.
