• It is recommended that guests wait for their pick-up in the hotel lobby or at the main mall entrance.
• The Land Cruiser accommodates up to 6 people. 
• We don't recommend this activity for pregnant women, infants, and participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions.
• Comfortable attire is recommended, including closed-toe shoes and pants. Winter clothing should be worn with layers of warmth (from November to March).

Ootlah's Policy:

• Full payment in advance.
• Amendments are subject to availability.
• All activities are done with the client's permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced items on board.

Refund Policy:

• Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
• No refunds will be issued for same-day bookings, except under the following circumstances:
  • In case of weather conditions that prevent the activity from taking place.
  • If no slots are available.

No Show Policy:

• Clients who fail to show up for their booked time, slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Clients can reschedule their activity by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip time, subject to availability.

• To avoid charges of cancelling the trip, make sure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance, with the tour fee subtracted if cancellation occurs within the final 24 hours.
