• Saturday to Wednesday: 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm.
• Thursday - Friday: 1:00 pm - 12:00 am.

• The balance of the card is valid for 6 months after purchase, but the card itself is valid for a year.
• You can’t use the card at any retail or food and beverage outlets.
• You can’t redeem, exchange, or sell the card for cash.
• You have to know that you can’t refund the card for any reason.
• We aren't responsible if you lose or damage the card.
• We apply all the safety rules at the park.

Ootlah's Policy:

• Full payment in advance.
• All activities are done with the client's permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced items on board.
• Card balance can only be used once and is non-refundable, non-replaceable, and non-transferable for cash.

Refund Policy:

• No  refunds will be provided for the activity.
• The place is not responsible for any loss or damage to you card after purchase.

No Show Policy:

• Clients who fail to show up for their booked time, slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.
