• From Saturday to Wednesday at 3 PM to 11 PM.
• Thursday and Friday at 3 PM to 12 AM.

• Ootlah tickets do not reserve you a specific appointment. if there are no slots at the particular time, will reserved first slot will be free on the same day.
• The minimum height allowed for the adult Karting is 1.5 m.
• You have to respect and follow the waterpark rules, regulations, and instructions. 
• Kids below 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old, and those adults will be required to pay for their entry. 
• Note that all your belongings will be screened and checked upon entry.
• You are not permitted to bring food from the outside except the following things: 500 ml, one plastic bottle of water, baby food, or special food for dietary or medicinal needs.
• You are not allowed to bring any glasses or sharp objects.
• People with disabilities or any special needs have to be accompanied by an adult.
• The park is not allowing any kinds of smoking, even e-cigarettes, except in smoking areas.
• Alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited inside the park.
• You may be photographed for any reason, without previous personal permission, or getting paid, so you have to agree with the idea before entering the park.
• The park has the right to view any recorded images that have been taken by guests and delete any of them if deemed inappropriate.
• The entire park area is under CCTV surveillance.
• We aren't responsible for any loss, damage, or theft. 
• There are lockers available inside the park.
• We have the right to refuse entry or to have someone removed from the park for any reason that violates our policies or doesn't follow Qatari law or government regulations.

You can’t exchange, refund, transfer, or resell our tickets, and they are considered invalid in case of being damaged.
