Ladies-only Entry Ticket to Meryal Water Park

• Monday 28th October from 12 PM to 6 PM.

• Please note that taking photos inside the park is prohibited, whether using a mobile phone or a camera. 
• Male Children under 1.2 meters are allowed to enter the park on this day.
• Please be aware that hotel balconies overlooking the park may have a view of the event. 
• Please note that some attractions are not available.
• Please be aware that visitors under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. 
• Please note that bringing food and beverages into the water park is not allowed, and you will be asked to dispose of any food or drinks upon entry. 
• Please note that the park is now cashless, and only debit and credit cards and mobile payments are accepted. Cash is accepted only at the ticket office and information desk. 
• Appropriate swimwear must be worn when using the park's facilities, such as nylon and lycra.
• Sheer swimwear, underwear, jeans, and loose clothing such as abayas or dishdash are not allowed. 
• Please note that the ticket price does not include additional charges for additional admissions, lockers, towels, food, and beverages. 
• Please bring a valid ID such as a passport, Qatari ID, or driver's licence.
• You can’t use the ticket twice, which means you can’t leave the water park and enter it again with the same ticket.
• Children aged 3 and below 1.2 meters are considered junior tickets. Children above 1.2 meters are considered adults.
• Children below 3 are complimentary.
• Locker rental is available with extra fees to store your valuable items.
• You have to take a shower before participating in any activities.
• You are not permitted to bring food and beverages from outside, but in cases of medical purposes, infants, or any other special dietary food, please put it in non-glass containers.
• Alcoholic drinks are prohibited inside the Meryal Waterpark.
• You can’t bring any weapons of any kind or any glass items with sharp edges.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the park, not even electronic cigarettes.
• You have to know that there are many behaviours that the park can’t accept, such as the following:
  - Rude behaviour.
  - Illegal or immoral behaviour.
  - Queue jumping.
  - Fighting or using abusive and bad words.
• Pets are not allowed to enter except service animals in special cases; that will be determined by the team at Meryal Waterpark, but you have to know that you can’t take your service animal to rides, pools, rivers, or the ocean.
• While in the park, you are not permitted to offer or sell products or services or present any item.
• There are a lot of things that are strictly not allowed to be in the water park, such as:
  - Coolers, suitcases, and bags with wheels.
  - Two-wheeled, self-balancing electric vehicles such as Segway.
  - Recreational devices such as remote-controlled drones, toys, scooters, inline skates, skateboards, or shoes with built-in wheels.
  - Personal flotation devices or swimming equipment.
• You also can’t smoke, eat, or drink while you are on the slides or doing any activity.

Ootlah's Policy:

• Full payment in advance.
• Amendments are subject to availability.
• All activities are done with the client's permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced items on board.

Refund Policy:

• Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
• No refunds will be issued for same-day bookings, except under the following circumstances:
  • In case of weather conditions that prevent the activity from taking place.
  • If no slots are available.

No Show Policy:

• Clients who fail to show up for their booked time, slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Clients can reschedule their activity by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip time, subject to availability.
