Activity Overview Enjoy a tour in Madina where you can move between the prophetic sites, sense the inspiring details, and learn about the life of the Prophet, and historical stories, passing through several sites including Quba Mosque, Mount Sela, the Blessed Valley (Wadi Al Aqeeq), and Mount Uhud, on a tour that includes transfers and snacks.

Transfers.
Snacks (water - peanuts - cake or biscuits - Almarai or Nadek juice).

Sunday to Wednesday : 3 PM - 7 PM.
Thursdays and Fridays :
9 AM - 1 PM.
3 PM - 7 PM.

First stop: Quba Mosque.
Second stop: Mount Sela.
Third stop: Blessed Valley (Wadi Al Aqeeq)
Fourth stop: Mount Uhud.

Notice that the tour duration increases or decreases depending on the cooperation of the guests and traffic congestion.
Keep in mind that the booking for the group that consists of (1-2) persons and the group that consists of (3-7) persons should be 12 hours prior.
Note that the booking for the group that consists of (7-25) persons and the group that consists of (25-45) persons should be 24 hours prior.

Your booking confirmation will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
You can also find your booking in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

The process of getting bookings may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
If you face any problem, it's preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
This activity is done with your permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced item on board.

The full amount can be refunded for reservations that were cancelled 48 hours before the activity time.
In case of cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled tour time, you can refund only 50% of the amount.
There is no refund if you cancel in the last 24 hours of the scheduled tour time.
In case of weather changes that prevent the activity, the tour will be postponed and a new date will be set according to availability during this period, but it will not be cancelled.
Tours will not be cancelled during official holidays or festivals but may be postponed according to the customer’s desire, within the postponement conditions followed by Ootlah.
There is no refund in case of no-shows.
The trip can be postponed by notifying us at least 48 hours before its date based on availability, and the customer has the right to postpone the trip a maximum of two times only within a period not exceeding one year.
In case of postponement, the customer is not entitled to cancel the reservation and get a refund.
