Notes

  • Notice that the tour duration increases or decreases depending on the cooperation of the guests and traffic congestion.
  • Keep in mind that the booking for the group that consists of (1-2) persons and the group that consists of (3-7) persons should be 12 hours prior.
  • Note that the booking for the group that consists of (7-25) persons and the group that consists of (25-45) persons should be 24 hours prior.

How to receive your tickets!

  • Your booking confirmation will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
  • You can also find your booking in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

Policies

  • The process of getting bookings may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
  • If you face any problem, it's preferable to contact us via WhatsApp to help you better.
  • This activity is done with your permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced item on board.

Cancellation Policies

  • The full amount can be refunded for reservations that were cancelled 48 hours before the activity time.
  • In case of cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled tour time, you can refund only 50% of the amount.
  • There is no refund if you cancel in the last 24 hours of the scheduled tour time.
  • In case of weather changes that prevent the activity, the tour will be postponed and a new date will be set according to availability during this period, but it will not be cancelled.
  • Tours will not be cancelled during official holidays or festivals but may be postponed according to the customer’s desire, within the postponement conditions followed by Ootlah.
  • There is no refund in case of no-shows.
  • The trip can be postponed by notifying us at least 48 hours before its date based on availability, and the customer has the right to postpone the trip a maximum of two times only within a period not exceeding one year. 
  • In case of postponement, the customer is not entitled to cancel the reservation and get a refund.
