• The activity is available from 9 a.m  to 4 p.m.

• The professional guides with ISO certification will give the safety instructions and briefing about the experience. 
• Our team will pick up you from the hotel and drive you to the center. 
• Kindly note medium fitness level is required for cycling. 
• Meeting point will be from the start point of the experience with an extra fee. 
• The activity is suitable for ages more that 16 years old. 
• We recommend that you need to wear wide comfortable clothes for cycling that protect you from the sun and scratches. 
• You need to arrive 10 minutes prior to the departure time of the experience. 
• The activity is not suitable for ages under 16 years old.
• Please note that you need to book another activity if the return or departure time overlaps with the experience. 
• You should be at the meeting point on time, as the tours will not be able to wait for you. 
• There is no refund or reschedule tickets for late show or no show.
• The experience requires a minimum of 4 persons to start the activity.
• If the activity did not reach the minimum number, you can book another activity or refund the money. 
• The maximum capacity of this activity is 18 persons.
