• Your booking confirmation will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

• The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• In case of any problems, It’s preferable to contact Ootlah via WhatsApp to help you better.
• This activity is done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced item on board.

• If the booking is cancelled 48 hours before the trip, you can get a full refund.
• You can't get a refund if the booking is cancelled 24 hours before the trip.
• You will be refunded 50% of the paid amount if you cancel between 48 and 24 hours before the trip.
• The trip will be postponed in case of any weather changes and cannot be cancelled. However, a new date will be set based on the available times on the same yacht.
• In case of a no-show, you can't get a refund for the booking amount.
• You can notify us of a change in your booking date 48 hours before your reservation, up to twice within a year, provided that space is available.
• In case of a trip postponement, you are not entitled to cancel the booking and receive a refund.
• The trip can't be canceled during holidays and vacations, but it can be postponed.
