The yacht consists of:

• 2 bedrooms.
• A living room.
• A bathroom.
• A kitchen.
• A stove.
• A kettle.
• A grill.
• A sunbathing area.
• Shampoo.
• Towels.

How to receive your booking?

• Your booking will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your booking in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application. 

• The process of getting your confirmation message via email may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• If you face any problems while booking, please contact us via WhatsApp.
• This activity is done with your permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or lost items.

• A full refund is issued for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the activity start time.
• If the booking is cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled trip time, only 50% of the amount will be refunded.
• If the booking is cancelled within the last 24 hours before the scheduled trip time, no refund will be issued.
• In case of weather conditions that prevent the activity from taking place, the trip will be postponed and cannot be cancelled. A new date will be scheduled based on the available slots for the same yacht during the same period.
• Cancellations are not permitted during official holidays or festive occasions. Instead, trips may be rescheduled based on the customer's preference and in accordance with the rescheduling policy set by Aatla.
• No refund will be issued for the activity in case of a no-show at the scheduled booking time.
• The customer is entitled to reschedule the trip a maximum of two times within one calendar year. Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours before the trip, and is subject to availability.
• Once the trip has been rescheduled, the customer is no longer entitled to cancel the booking or request a refund.
