• Entering KidZania, whether with a parent or guardian, by booking a school or company, allows the child to engage in all activities within KidZania.
• Please note that the food items prepared or distributed as gifts may contain or be processed in equipment that also handles milk, eggs, wheat, soybeans, peanuts, fish, and shellfish.
• Entry to KidZania is not allowed without an admission ticket.
• Children are not allowed to enter KidZania upon arrival without the presence of an accompanying adult, regardless of whether that person will stay in KidZania or not.
• Children above 8 years old are allowed to be in KidZania without a parent or guardian, but the accompanying adult will be required to fill out a universal adult form, which must be presented by the same adult during check-out to be able to take the child out.
• Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• A pair of safety bracelets will be given to children and their accompanying adult upon entry, and these bracelets are non-transferable and the only means for the child to safely exit the facility.
• A fee of 100 Riyals will be charged for replacing damaged or tampered bracelets.
• An information board is posted at the entrance of each establishment, providing detailed information about KidZos currency, activity restrictions, and allergy warnings to guide visiting children and companions.
• Entry to establishments is on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
• Only one turn is allowed in each establishment's activities, including food sessions, to ensure everyone can enjoy the experience.
• If the child wishes to retry an activity in any other establishment, they need to go back to the waiting list.
• Adults are not allowed to queue for entry into establishments or participate in activities, the child must line up for themselves.
• KidZania reserves the right to suspend or change role-playing activities or close establishments for maintenance or special events without prior notice.
• Children can earn or spend KidZos currency in various establishments within KidZania.
• KidZos transactions may vary within the establishments.
• KidZos currency is not convertible to cash.
• Children have the right to choose the activities they want to experience, which are subject to availability and restrictions based on weight, height, and age.
• Infants and babies are not allowed to enter the RightZKeepers' House without an accompanying adult.
• Visitors are not allowed to save places, bypass others in the queue or leave the line and return to the same spot for any reason.
• ID may be requested during the visit.
• The management has the right to refuse entry to KidZania once it reaches maximum visitor capacity.
• In case of emergency procedures, all visitors must follow the instructions issued by KidZania staff.
• Adults are not allowed to participate in role-playing activities.
• Adults are allowed to participate in the following establishments: Urbano's House, Theater, Parents' Area, and Stadium.
• Jumping and climbing over railings or stands is not allowed.
• KidZania Jeddah and its industry partners cannot be held responsible for accidents or external events beyond their control.
• Anyone disrupting the peace of KidZania Jeddah will be asked to leave immediately without refunds.
• Pets are not allowed to be brought inside.
• Bringing outside food and beverages is not permitted.
• Commercial photography is not allowed inside the premises.
• Hazardous materials, explosives, drugs, and sharp weapons are prohibited inside KidZania buildings.
• Smoking is not allowed inside KidZania Jeddah premises.
• Visitors are not allowed to sell any goods or services within KidZania Jeddah, including tickets.
• Operating hours may change without prior notice.
• Visitors are responsible for compensating the company for any damage caused inside the facility.
• KidZania Jeddah management and staff are not responsible for any injury or damage to individuals or property.
• Some role-playing activities, such as building climbing, the kids' gym, and the stadium, require specific sports shoes and clothing.

1. Tickets are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
2. The process of getting tickets may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.

4. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
5. This activity is done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
