The stable at the resort includes the following:

• Swimming

• Sunbathing

• Your booking will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your booking in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application. 

• The process of getting your confirmation message via email may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.

• This activity is done with your permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or lost items.

• The full amount of the reservation will be refunded if cancelled within 48 hours of the activity.
• Only 50% of the amount will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled flight time.
• The amount paid will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled flight time.
• The flight will be postponed and cannot be cancelled if weather conditions prevent the activity from taking place, and a new date will be set.
• Trips may not be cancelled during official holidays or Eid holidays. They may be postponed at the customer's request and in accordance with the postponement conditions of the holiday policy.
• In the event of non-attendance at the scheduled booking time, the amount paid for the activity will not be refunded.
• The customer has the right to postpone the trip a maximum of two times within a calendar year. The trip may be postponed by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• In the event of postponement, the customer has no right to cancel the reservation and receive a refund.
