6 Hour Snorkelling Trip in Jeddah with Snorkelling Tools + Snacks

• 6 hours.

• Snorkelling tools (fin, diving glasses, and respirator).
• Snacks.
• Drinks.

• Food.

• Al-Haddad scuba.

• All weekdays at 9:15 AM.
• Friday and Saturday at 7:15 AM.

• Clothes for use after snorkelling.
• Towels.

• Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the start of the trip.
• You should book the trip 24 hours before the trip time.
• You must not be on the government's wanted list or have any travel restrictions.
• You can’t refund the price of the trip or postpone it in case of a delay of more than 15 minutes from the meeting time.
• The maximum number of individuals per trip is 20.

Ootlah's Policy:

• Full payment in advance.
• Amendments are subject to availability.
• All activities are done with the client's permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced items on board.

Refund Policy:

• Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
• Cancellation 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled trip,  only 50% of the price will be refunded to the client.
• Cancellation within the last 24 hours of the scheduled trip, the amount paid cannot be refunded.
• In case of weather conditions, trip will be postponed and cannot be canceled. The rescheduling will depend on the available slots on the same yacht during that period.
• Cancellations are not allowed during official holidays or special occasions. Instead, they will be rescheduled according to the customer's preference and within the rescheduling terms specified in the policy.

No Show Policy:

• Clients who fail to show up for their booked time, slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Clients have the right to reschedule the trip a maximum of two times within one calendar year. The Trip can be rescheduled by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip time, subject to availability.
• In case of rescheduling, the customer is not entitled to cancel the reservation or request a refund.
