4 Hour Scuba Diving Experience in Jeddah

• All weekdays at 9:15 AM.
• Friday and Saturday at 7:15 AM.

• Al-Haddad Scuba.

• Resort Entry.
• Diving equipment.

• Food.
• Beverages.

• Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the start of the experience.
• You must book the experience 24 hours before the scheduled date.
• The participant should not have any health problems such as sinus obstruction, heart, pressure or sugar disease.
• Please check your health condition with a specialist doctor in case you have any of these health problems.
• The participant must not travel by plane within 24 hours before and after the diving experience.

• Clothes to use after the diving experience.
• Towels.

Ootlah's Policy:

• Full payment in advance.
• Amendments are subject to availability.
• All activities are done with the client's permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced items on board.

Refund Policy:

• Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
• Cancellation 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled trip,  only 50% of the price will be refunded to the client.
• Cancellation within the last 24 hours of the scheduled trip, the amount paid cannot be refunded.
• In case of weather conditions, trip will be postponed and cannot be canceled. The rescheduling will depend on the available slots on the same yacht during that period.
• Cancellations are not allowed during official holidays or special occasions. Instead, they will be rescheduled according to the customer's preference and within the rescheduling terms specified in the policy.

No Show Policy:

• Clients who fail to show up for their booked time, slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Clients have the right to reschedule the trip a maximum of two times within one calendar year. The Trip can be rescheduled by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip time, subject to availability.
• In case of rescheduling, the customer is not entitled to cancel the reservation or request a refund.
