• An all-inclusive entry ticket that allows you to play all games and choose from multiple activities.

• Children with contagious illnesses are not permitted to enter to ensure everyone's safety.
• Each child must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.
• Comfortable closing are recommended to minimize the risk of injury.
• Food and drinks are not allowed.
• Pushing, rough play, and running are prohibited inside the play area.
• Empty pockets and remove jewelry or accessories before playing; place shoes in the designated storage areas.
• Climbing slides in reverse or playing near slide exits is not allowed.
• Climbing on the safety nets surrounding the play area is strictly prohibited.
• Sharp objects are strictly prohibited inside the play zone.
• Smoking or lighting fires inside the play area is not permitted.
• All play structures are designed according to the latest international safety and quality standards.
• Upon pickup, parents or guardians must present the receipt as proof of legal guardianship.
• Billy Beez reserves the right to request additional information or identification if necessary.
• The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the child’s safety and for any injury or damage resulting from misuse of the play equipment or facilities.
• Parents or guardians will be contacted in emergency situations only.
• Emergency exits must remain accessible and free from any personal belongings.
• Management reserves the right to modify prices, schedules, or listed items without.
• Infants under the age of one enter for free when they come with a group, but if the infant is accompanied by only one adult, a ticket must be purchased for them.
• The park welcomes large groups such as teams and classrooms.
• We offer the 10 packs loyalty package which consists of 10 visits for one child with one free adult on each visit.
• All players and their companions must sign our liability waiver form (a statement outlining the risks before participating in any activities). You can sign it online before coming instead of your children, and it will be valid for 6 months.
• Our special socks must be purchased and worn. They are reusable for playing and participating in any of our activities.
• For adults or parents, a ticket must be purchased even if they do not play any games with their children, as the park is suitable for adults as well, not just children.
• Birthday party reservations must be made two months or three months in advance of the desired date to ensure availability.
• Billy Biz is suitable for all ages, from adults to children aged 2 to 12 years old.
• Children under 5 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

• Your tickets will be sent to you in the form of a QR-Code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
