The ticket value cannot be refunded once payment has been made.
We will immediately cancel the reservation if you are more than 15 minutes late.
If your child is younger than seven years old, they must be accompanied by an adult.
Children who are seven years of age or older have their ticket price computed for them.
We accept no liability for any injury a customer may sustain while playing if the receptionist is unaware of any chronic illnesses.
If something breaks while being used in the room, the customer will have to pay the establishment a significant sum as compensation.
