Entry Ticket to My Town Riyadh for Only 65 SAR Instead of 79 SAR at Faisaliah Mall

• Notice that this place is suitable for children aged 2-12 years old.   
• Keep in mind that children below 5 years should be accompanied by a paying adult for 25 SAR at the gate. 
• Note that you should have your socks for entrance and if you haven’t you can buy it from the branch for 10 SAR.   
• Please note that this offer is valid in the branches of Riyadh (Al Faisaliah Mall), Jeddah (The Village), and Abha (Lavanda Park). 
• Note that you can use your ticket any time during 3 months from the purchasing date. 

• Your ticket will be sent to you in the form of a QR code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the "My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application. 

• The process of getting your confirmation message via email may take from 5 to 10 minutes maximum.
• If you face any problems while booking, please contact us via WhatsApp.
• This activity is done with your permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or lost items.
• You can use your ticket for 3 months from the purchase date.

• You can’t refund or exchange your ticket.
