• Please note that you acknowledge your commitment to all the laws regarding maritime activities, and you have been informed about all the security and safety measures outlined in the activity guide (life jackets, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, flotation devices), all of which are in good working condition.
• Please be aware that during the trip, you are responsible for any resulting fatalities, physical injuries, or damage to property inside or outside the rented houseboat, including financial losses.
• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the booking due to inclement weather, mechanical breakdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the trip will be rescheduled for another day or your payment will be refunded.
• You may reschedule the trip or cancel the booking for a full refund as long as you notify us at least 72 hours before the booking date.
• Please be on time for your scheduled departure. Any delay will be deducted from your allotted time.
• Please note that you are fully responsible for any inappropriate behaviour during the trip.
• The following items are strictly prohibited during the trip (party poppers, sprays, flammable materials, smoking, pets, and littering).
• Please be aware that the marina is not responsible for any personal belongings.
• Please comply with the allowed number of passengers, as failure to comply will prevent the captain from setting sail, according to the instructions of the Border Guard, resulting in the cancellation of the reservation and a deduction of SAR 500 for delaying the trip.
• Please ensure that the doors are closed when using the air conditioning and remove your shoes upon entry.
• The renter must not suffer from any psychological illnesses, epilepsy, heart conditions, physical exertion phobias, or any other conditions that prevent them from using water sports equipment.
• Please note that the maximum number of people allowed in this experience is 10 individuals.
• Swimming during the trip is prohibited.

Ootlah's Policy:

• Full payment in advance.
• Amendments are subject to availability.
• All activities are done with the client's permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced items on board.

Refund Policy:

• Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
• No refunds will be issued for same-day bookings, except under the following circumstances:
  • In case of weather conditions that prevent the activity from taking place.
  • If no slots are available.

No Show Policy:

• Clients who fail to show up for their booked time, slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Clients can reschedule their activity by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip time, subject to availability.
