• Ticket value after payment is non-refundable.
• In case the reservation time is 15 minutes late, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

• The ticket price is calculated for ages 7 years and above.
• If the receptionist is not informed about any chronic diseases, we are not responsible at all for any harm that may happen to the customer while playing.
• In case that any object is destroyed while playing in the room, it will be estimated in a material amount and will be paid by the customer as compensation to the institution.
