• Morning tour starts at 9 AM to 1 PM.
• Afternoon tour starts at 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
• Friday's Tour starts at 2:30 pm.

• Please make the reservation at least 24 hours before the date of the trip along with the payment.
• SUVs are provided for adults and children. Children should be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Private sleeping tents are available. It will be confirmed upon request without any additional payment.
• It is not recommended for those suffering from back or neck pain or for pregnant women to drive over sand dunes.
• Not recommended for infants or for individuals who suffer from heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
• Please be informed that the vehicle will leave the camp an hour and a half before the delivery time.
• Water bottles and soda vouchers can be collected at the entrance of the camp.
• You can consume more soft drinks with direct payment.
• Pickup from any location within the boundaries of Doha.
• Guests are kindly requested to wait for their cars in the hotel lobby or at the main entrance of the mall.
• Land Cruiser vehicles are shared for up to 6 people.
• It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing, including closed-toe shoes and pants, for riding quad bikes. It is recommended to wear warm clothing during the winter period from November to March.

Ootlah's Policy:

• Full payment in advance.
• Amendments are subject to availability.
• All activities are done with the client's permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced items on board.

Refund Policy:

• Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
• No refunds will be issued for same-day bookings, except under the following circumstances:
  • In case of weather conditions that prevent the activity from taking place.
  • If no slots are available.

No Show Policy:

• Clients who fail to show up for their booked time, slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Clients can reschedule their activity by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip time, subject to availability.
