New Registration Process for Multi-park Ticket Entry:

• Each guest will require a digital or printed ticket.
• Tour guides will not be permitted to scan tickets on behalf of the guests.
• Guests will be directed to scan their finger on the first use of a multi-park ticket. The finger scan is saved as numerical code which allows the attraction to verify the same guest uses the multi-park ticket on their next entry.
• In case there's no copy of the guest’s fingerprint is saved. If someone else attempts to use the ticket following registration, they will be refused entry and will refer the guest back to the ticket issuer.
• If guests prefer not to scan their fingers, they can opt-out by registering manually at the designated counter.
• Each guest registering manually must carry their own valid government-issued photo ID and submit it at the counter, and each time they use their ticket at the turnstiles. Entry will not be permitted without official government-issued photo ID.

Important things to remember:

• One ticket (digital or printed) is required per guest, held by the guest.
• Each guest must have their own official government-issued photo ID if they wish to opt out of finger scanning.
• The attraction will refuse entry if a non-registered guest tries to use a ticket and will refer them back to the ticket issuer.

• Free shuttle service available upon request.

• This ticket is void if altered or damaged.
• No Mobile phones are allowed on Ladies day.
• Only third parties specifically authorized by us in writing may re-sell or transfer this ticket.
• Tickets purchased fraudulently, or from an unauthorized third party are void.
• Certain rides, attractions, shows or outlets may be unavailable during your visit.
• Admission and use of the Park is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the Park.
• We may deny admission or remove you from the Park for any reason.
• All tickets are open dated, valid for 9 months from the date of purchase.
• Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
• No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
