New Registration Process for Multi-park Ticket Entry:
- Each guest will require a digital or printed ticket.
- Tour guides will not be permitted to scan tickets on behalf of the guests.
- Guests will be directed to scan their finger on the first use of a multi-park ticket. The finger scan is saved as numerical code which allows the attraction to verify the same guest uses the multi-park ticket on their next entry.
- In case there's no copy of the guest’s fingerprint is saved. If someone else attempts to use the ticket following registration, they will be refused entry and will refer the guest back to the ticket issuer.
- If guests prefer not to scan their fingers, they can opt-out by registering manually at the designated counter.
- Each guest registering manually must carry their own valid government-issued photo ID and submit it at the counter, and each time they use their ticket at the turnstiles. Entry will not be permitted without official government-issued photo ID.
Important things to remember:
- One ticket (digital or printed) is required per guest, held by the guest.
- Each guest must have their own official government-issued photo ID if they wish to opt out of finger scanning.
- The attraction will refuse entry if a non-registered guest tries to use a ticket and will refer them back to the ticket issuer.
