• If you need to be picked up from your residence, you have to book a private car and give us clear location details.
• All of our products are operated in line with local Covid-19 legislation requirements.
• Pregnant women are not allowed to be in the shared car option, even if they are in a private car option they can skip dune bashing and go to the camp directly.
• In case of sickness please make sure to contact us 24 hours prior to the booking date in order to reschedule your safari.
• If there are any changes in the pick up times we will contact you through email or the hotel you stay in.

5. All activities are subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
6.  All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
7. Amendments cannot be made upon confirmation of booking.

9. The process of getting tickets may take around 10 minutes or more.

If you cancel 24 hours prior to the booking date, you will have a full refund.
