  • You have to clarify your location well, to be able to pick you up easily.
  • Our operator will call you to confirm the time and location of your pick up within 48 hours maximum.
  • We provide special food for vegetarians.
  • Renting a quad bike will be with extra fees.
  • It's preferable for pregnant ladies to book a private car so they can skip the sand boarding part and go directly to the camp.
  • We will contact you if there are any changes in times of pickup through email or your hotel.
  • If any emergencies happen to you such as being tired or sick, you will have the right to reschedule your trip if you informed us at least a day before your trip.
  • Our tools are always sterile according to local Covid-19 legislation requirements.

  2. No refund or cancellation policy.
  3. Please arrive on time.
  4. No show to your book time slot will be charged.
  5. All activities are subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
  6.  All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
  7. Amendments cannot be made upon confirmation of booking.

  9. The process of getting tickets may take around 10 minutes or more.

Cancellation Policies

  • To refund your money, you have to cancel your trip at least 24 hours before the booked date.
  • If you arrive late or didn’t come, you won’t be able to refund your money.
