1. Family chalet includes 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, and a hall( 4 sofa cum beds). This chalet accommodates 6 persons. 
2. Deluxe Chalet is a studio chalet with 2 single beds, 1 kitchen, and 1 bathroom. This chalet accommodates 2 persons. 
3. Standard Chalet is a standard chalet with a queen bed and 1 bathroom. This chalet accommodates 2 persons.

• The departure area will be from Al Dur Marine.
• You need to check in at 1 p.m.
• You need to check out at 11 a.m.

• Full payment in advance.
•  All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
• Amendments cannot be made upon confirmation of booking.
• The process of getting tickets may take around 10 minutes or more.
• this activity is subject to weather conditions. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.

Rescheduled Policies: 

• Rescheduled is allowed from 24-48 hours of booking time (Valid for 3 months).

Refund Policies: 

• Full refund ONLY in case of bad weather conditions.
•  In case of cancellation 48 hours before booking, 75% will be refunded.
• No refund, No Rescheduling in case you cancel at the last 24 hours before the activity time.
