From Sunday to Tuesday: pick up is at 6:30 or 7:30 AM, and return is at 5 or 6 PM.

• 10 AM- Enter Nizwa Fort.
• 11 AM- Depart for Tanuf, explore the ruins, and enjoy having our packed lunch.
• 12:30 PM- Depart for Al Hamra.
• 12 PM- Enter Bait al-Safah museum.
• 1 PM- Depart for Bahla Fort.
• 1:30 PM- Visit the fort.
• 2:15 PM- Depart for Jabreen Castle.
• 2:30 PM- Arrive and explore the castle.
• 3:30 PM- Depart for Muscat.
• 5:30 or 6:30 PM- Drop-off.

Free transport from the following places: Kempinski, Mysk Hotel, Holiday Inn Muscat Airport, Radisson hotels Hormuz Grand, Radisson Blu, Park Inn by Radisson, Chedi, W Hotel, and Sheraton Hotel.

• This is a mixed-gender trip.
• The minimum group size for the mixed tour is 2 persons, and the maximum is 11 persons.
• Please wear comfortable, conservative clothes.
• Bring a rucksack, sunscreen, and a hat.

Ootlah's Policy:

• Full payment in advance.
• Amendments cannot be done upon confirmation of booking.
• All activities are done with the client's permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for any injury or misplaced items on board.

Refund Policy:

• Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity.
• No refunds will be issued for same-day bookings, except under the following circumstances:
  • In case of weather conditions that prevent the activity from taking place.
  • If no slots are available.

No Show Policy:

• Clients who fail to show up for their booked time, slot will be charged the full amount of the activity.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Clients can reschedule their activity by notifying us at least 12 hours before the scheduled trip time, subject to availability.
