Package Includes

  • Lockers are exclusively intended for small personal possessions; carry-on bags are not allowed.

Notes

  • You are not allowed to bring your mobile phone during the experience.
  • Please wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes, and avoid wearing skirts, dresses, flip-flops, or sandals.
  • Please tie your hair up and don’t wear any large accessories like earrings, bracelets, or superhero capes.
  • The allowed height for the experience is more than 130 cm.
  • The allowed weight for the experience is between 45 and 100 kg.
  • Pregnant women can’t participate in the experience.
  • The participant must be in good and healthy medical condition, as we will not accept guests who suffer from serious medical conditions.
  • You can only rebook the experience in one case if the weather is inappropriate.
  • You will only get a refund of your ticket if there are operational reasons preventing the XLine from operating or if there are any circumstances beyond XDubai’s control that require an indefinite closure.
  • Your name must be the same as the name on your passport.
  • Please bring a copy of their passport upon arrival.
  • You have to arrive 15 minutes before the time because if you come late, you will have to wait to reschedule depending on the next availability.
  • Digitally edited photos and videos are included in the package and will be sent to you via email within 48 hours of collecting your email at the location.
  • The allowed ages for the experience are 12 to 65 years old.
  • You will have to get parental consent in person if you are under 18 years of age.
  • Children from 12 to 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
  • The XLine Dubai Marina is available only at specific times, as follows:
    - The attraction operates from Wednesday to Monday, from 10:00 AM to 12:20 PM, and resumes at 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM, with 20-minute intervals.
    - You have to know that these timings are subject to change, depending on the season, the weather, and public holidays.
  • Please note that the entire experience takes approximately 90 minutes, but the ride itself lasts for one minute.

  2. No refund or cancellation policy.
  3. Please arrive on time.
  4. No show to your book time slot, will be charged.
  5. All activities are subjected to weather condition. If an activity is canceled due to weather an option of refund /reschedule will be given to you.
  6.  All activities are done with the client’s permission. Ootlah will not be responsible for an injury or misplaced item on board.
  7. Amendments cannot be done upon confirmation of booking.
