How to receive your ticket

  • You will receive the ticket from 5 to 10 minutes from the time of confirming booking.
  • Your tickets will be sent to you in the form of a QR-code directly to your email after confirming the booking.
  • You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.

Notes

  • Entrance children’s age is at least 3 years old.
  • Children under 110 cm or younger than 6 years old must enter the trampoline area with an adult.
  • This place is not recommended for pregnant women.
  • Kindly arrive 20 minutes before the time of check-in.
  • There is no extra time for late people.
  • You must wear the Trampo Extreme socks while playing on the trampoline area.
  • Kindly note that all activities at Trampo Extreme have types of risks so you must sign a Safety Waiver before playing.
  • You should show your voucher with a QR code when arriving.
