Local legends say that the cave has sheltered many figures from history including Abraham (known as Prophet Ibrahim in Arabic), the Chaldeans (of Babylon), and kings of the Dilmun civilization.

Al Ahsa Springs

Al Ahsa has over 150 naturally occurring springs of hot, warm, and cold water. Those springs are considered to have ‘healing’ properties because of the high concentration of minerals in the water. Some tourists even bring plastic bottles to take water back with them!

Al Ahsa Park is a beautiful green oasis located in the area of Umran near the Qara Mountain, it's the best place to visit in Al Ahsa with kids. After growing its dense trees, it became a tourist site with parks, swimming pools, playgrounds, horses, and motorcycles, and became the largest recreational resort for families in Al Ahsa.

Al Ahsa Mall

Head to Al Ahsa Mall for shopping and try some of the region’s local fast-food chains. It’s also a glimpse into the newly developing urban side of Alahsa. Also, the mall offers fun activities for children's entertainment, as it hosts Billy Beez Al-Ahsa, where children can enjoy their stay.
