Dhahran Mall
Dhahran Mall is a key destination in the cities of Dhahran, Dammam, and Al Khobar. This mall is well-designed to create a unique and vibrant environment for all its guests. King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra)
Rising 90 meters from the desert, King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra) was built by Saudi Aramco and inaugurated by King Salman bin Abdulaziz. It is operated by Saudi Aramco and is currently the company’s main corporate social responsibility initiative with a focus on culture, learning and cross-cultural activities. Ithra is located where the first commercial Saudi oilfield was found in March 1938. The future meets the past in this state-of-the-art building, which spans more than 80,000 square meters and includes a vast library, theater, cinema, ideas lab and knowledge tower, along with a range of galleries and installations designed to inspire, engage and delight. The Center has been listed in Time magazine as one of the world’s top 100 places to visit and it attracted one million visitors in 2019. The Energy Exhibit in Dhahran
The Energy Exhibit is just a very short distance from King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra). It is a hands-on, immersive voyage into the world of petroleum, its science, energy and technology. The Center’s Energy Exhibit showcases the knowledge and methods behind the successful extraction of oil and related energy resources. The Exhibit offers an exciting and engaging educational journey for its visitors as they learn how natural resources and alternative forms of energy are safely and efficiently harnessed. Most importantly, the exhibit has a 12-player interactive game that brings energy production to life through touch-screen gaming.
