Versailles Palace Entry Ticket with Gardens & The Trianon Estate

The Palace:

• Daily except Mondays from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

The estate of Trianon:

• Daily except Mondays from 12:00 pm to 5:30 pm.

The Garden and the Park:

• Daily from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

• Starting April 1, 2024, musical garden show or musical fountain tickets are valid for one-time entry only.

• Please note that the last admission is 30 minutes before closing.
• Know that free entry is available for visitors aged 0-18, European Union residents aged 0-25, and individuals with disabilities.
• Note that latecomers will not be allowed to enter 30 minutes after their designated time slot.
• Kindly note that entrance to the palace is only allowed at your booked time slot. You can explore the gardens and the Marie Antoinette estate either before or after your scheduled entry.
• Note that tickets are non-exchangeable, and re-entry to the venues is not permitted.
• Kindly If you book the last time slot of the day (2 hours before closing), it’s recommended to arrive earlier and explore the gardens first.
• Must know that there are multiple paid parking options both inside and outside the estate. Disability visitors can access parking free of charge with valid documentation.
• Kindly note that entry to the Château de Versailles is free for all visitors on the first Sunday of each month, from November to March.
• Please note that visitors eligible for free entry must pre-book online. If online booking is not possible, a time slot can be reserved directly at the South Minister Wing.
• Kindly note that opening hours and closure dates are subject to change. Please check for the latest updates before your visit.
• Please ensure you arrive at your selected time slot, as entry outside of the designated time will not be permitted.
• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable).

How to get there?

• By train: Take the RER C train line from Invalides (Central Paris) and stop at Gare de Versailles Château Rive Gauche Station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to Versailles. It will take about 10 minutes to walk.
• SNCF trains from Montparnasse Station to Versailles-Chantiers.
• SNCF trains from Saint-Lazare Station to Versailles-Rive Droite.

• Please note that all visitors are required to go through security checks at the Château de Versailles. During peak times, there may be long lines that could extend outside.
• Please note: On days when the Musical Fountains Shows and Musical Gardens are available, access to the gardens is free only for children aged 0-5. If your ticket doesn’t include these shows, you will need to pay an additional fee.
• We recommend downloading the Free Versailles Visitor Application for a better experience.
• Kindly note that to avoid overcrowding, separate entrances, and exits are marked at both the Palace of Versailles and the Trianon Estate.
• The venue is wheelchair accessible.

Receive & redeem your booking

• Your tickets will be sent to your mail within 5 minutes in the form of a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Enter the venue directly with your voucher.
• At the Château de Versailles, there are typically two lines, one for purchasing tickets and another for the security check. But This ticket allows you to skip the ticketing line but not the security check line.

• The ticketing process typically takes a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes.
