By metro: 

• Line 1 (get off at Palais-Royal - Musée du Louvre station).
• Line 7 (get off at Pyramides station or Palais-Royal - Musée du Louvre station).
• Line 14 (get off at Pyramides station).

By bus: 

• line No. 21, 27, 39, 67, 68, 69, 72, 74, 85, 95.

By Car: 

• The drop-off area is located at Place du Carrousel, near bus stops 39, 68, and 95.

By Taxi: 

• The drop-off area is the Carrousel roundabout, and the nearest pick-up point is Place André Malraux.

• Please note that the latest entry time to the museum is one hour before closing time. 
• Free entry is available for children aged 0 to 17 and for European Union citizens aged 18 to 25. 
• Free-timed tickets can be reserved here, subject to availability. 
• Please be aware that a valid ID must be presented along with the free ticket upon entry. 
• Please note that re-entry is not permitted after leaving the venue. 
• Fast track entry is subject to Louvre Museum procedures, with the understanding that unforeseen delays such as Vigipirate plan, security control, or an unforeseen crowd may slow down entry procedures. 
• Please note that there is no fast-track entry for temporary exhibitions within the Louvre Museum. 
• Be mindful not to miss your scheduled entry time, as failing to arrive on time will require you to join the regular ticket holders' queue. 
• The luggage storage will remain closed, and helmets and large bags are not permitted for health and security reasons.

• Please note that the Louvre Museum's opening hours may change from time to time, so please check before your visit.

• The ticket is valid only on the specified date (and time, if indicated). 
• The ticket will be valid for 30 minutes from the specified time.

Receive and redeem your ticket

• Your tickets will be sent to your mail within 5 minutes in the form of a QR-Code after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Enter directly through the Louvre Pyramid. 
• Show your ticket to the security staff at the main entrance of the Pyramid and line up at the green priority queue meant for visitors with pre-purchased tickets.
