• One Disneyland Paris ticket, valid for your selected dates.
• Admission to both Disneyland® Park and Walt Disney Studios® Park.

• Personal expenses.

• Please note that entry is free for children aged 0 to 2 years old.
• Kindly know that children's tickets are from 3 to 11 years old, and adult tickets are from over 12 years old.
• You can rent a bag storage unit outside the entrance for extra fees. It's available every day from 8 AM to 45 minutes after closing.
• Know that you can rent strollers by contacting staff on-site for rates at Town Square Terrace, near the Disneyland® Park entrance, or at Studio Services at the Walt Disney 
• Kindly check the Official website before visiting for attraction height restrictions.
• Please know that Disneyland tickets are available on the number of days you choose, without time slots.
• Kindly If you plan to leave a park and return later, or visit the other park on the same day, please check with the onsite staff for the required procedures and any necessary documents or hand stamps.
• Know that the activity is stroller and wheelchair accessible.

How to get there?

• By train: Get off at Marne-la-Vallée - Chessy station, a 2-minute walk from Disneyland Park, Walt Disney Studios Park, and Disney Village.
• By car: From the south, just head onto the motorway and follow the sign 'Paris'. From the north, follow 'Metz/Nancy' on the A4 motorway or the A104 (la Francilienne).

Receive & redeem your ticket

• Your tickets will be sent to your mail within 5 minutes in the form of a QR code after confirming the booking.
• You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
• Simply enter the venue with your Ootlah ticket; no separate time slot reservation is needed.
• The guest's name on the ticket refers to the lead passenger and is for reference only.
• Please bring your passport/ID when redeeming your ticket.

• The ticketing process typically takes a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes.
• For any issues, we recommend reaching out to us via WhatsApp for prompt assistance.  
• Please note that this activity is conducted with the client's consent, and Ootlah is not liable for injuries or lost items on board.

• You will get a full refund in case you cancel your ticket at least 4 days before the selected activity date.
