Please note that entry is free for children aged 0 to 2 years old.
Kindly know that children's tickets are from 3 to 11 years old, and adult tickets are from over 12 years old.
You can rent a bag storage unit outside the entrance for extra fees. It's available every day from 8 AM to 45 minutes after closing.
Know that you can rent strollers by contacting staff on-site for rates at Town Square Terrace, near the Disneyland® Park entrance, or at Studio Services at the Walt Disney

How to get there?

By train: Get off at Marne-la-Vallée - Chessy station, a 2-minute walk from Disneyland Park, Walt Disney Studios Park, and Disney Village.
By car: From the south, just head onto the motorway and follow the sign 'Paris'. From the north, follow 'Metz/Nancy' on the A4 motorway or the A104 (la Francilienne).

How to receive & redeem your ticket?

Your tickets will be sent to your mail within 5 minutes in the form of a QR code after confirming the booking.
You can also find your ticket in the " My Bookings" section on Ootlah's website or mobile application.
Simply enter the venue with your Ootlah ticket; no separate time slot reservation is needed.
The guest's name on the ticket refers to the lead passenger and is for reference only.
Please bring your passport/ID when redeeming your ticket.
